Learning objectives:
- Understand the importance of inclusivity: Recognize the significance of creating inclusive environments in STEAM education and how inclusivity fosters student engagement, innovation, and success.
- Develop inclusive teaching practices: Gain practical strategies for modifying lesson plans, activities, and assessments to ensure they are accessible and engaging for diverse learners, including those with different learning styles, abilities, and backgrounds.
- Foster a growth mindset: Learn how to encourage a growth mindset in students, helping them to embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and see themselves as capable contributors to STEAM fields.
